POPM報(bào)考指南及考試大綱

POPM適合哪些人？你的條件適合報(bào)考嗎？

面向敏捷環(huán)境下的Product Owner（產(chǎn)品負(fù)責(zé)人）以及Product Manager（產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理）角色。

  • 產(chǎn)品負(fù)責(zé)人、產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理、產(chǎn)品線經(jīng)理、業(yè)務(wù)負(fù)責(zé)人和業(yè)務(wù)分析師
  • 解決方案經(jīng)理、投資組合經(jīng)理、項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理和 LACE（精益敏捷卓越中心） 成員
  • 企業(yè)級(jí)，解決方案級(jí)和系統(tǒng)級(jí)架構(gòu)師

無特殊條件。但強(qiáng)烈建議報(bào)考學(xué)員具備以下條件：

  • 熟悉敏捷原則和實(shí)踐，并且之前至少參加過一門 SAFe 課程。
  • 具有產(chǎn)品或解決方案管理的背景優(yōu)先。
